We often think of our beliefs as fixed and unchanging, like solid foundations upon which we build our lives. But what if I told you that our beliefs are actually fluid and malleable, like water that can be shaped and reshaped?

All the programming ingrained in our subconscious from birth until age 8 is fixed. Then, around ages 8-9, we develop a part of the mind called the critical faculty. This is the gatekeeper that decides what information is allowed to enter the subconscious.
